Pricing & How Care Works at Healcove

How Most People Begin Care

Most people begin with a chiropractic first visit, where we assess how the body is moving, where tension or restriction may be showing up, and what kind of care may be most supportive.

From there, care may stay focused within chiropractic or connect with massage therapy, acupuncture, movement-based support, or recovery-focused care depending on your goals, symptoms, lifestyle, and recovery patterns over time.

You do not need to figure everything out before booking.

You just need a starting point.

How Appointments Are Structured

Care at Healcove is appointment-based and structured to allow time for assessment, treatment, and individualized care as needed.

Each visit is guided by your symptoms, how your body is moving, and how you are responding over time—not a fixed template or routine.

This allows care to remain responsive and relevant, rather than rushed or repetitive.

How Pricing Works

We aim to keep pricing and payment conversations clear, straightforward, and grounded in the type of care you’re actually receiving.

Private-pay care typically ranges from approximately $110–390 depending on:

  • service type

  • visit length

  • whether it is an initial or follow-up visit

  • and the level of assessment or integrated care involved

Some clients use PPO insurance benefits for chiropractic care.

VA Community Care, personal injury, MedPay, attorney-lien support, HSA/FSA payments, and private-pay pathways are also available depending on the situation.

Insurance & Coverage

We don’t require insurance to receive care at Healcove. Many clients choose our straightforward private-pay approach, while others use PPO insurance benefits for chiropractic care depending on their specific plan and coverage.

Some PPO plans also include out-of-network benefits for chiropractic, and acupuncture care. Coverage, copays, deductibles, and authorization requirements vary by policy.

At this time, insurance support does not apply to massage therapy or functional fitness services.

If you plan to use insurance benefits for chiropractic or acupuncture care, we strongly encourage completing our Insurance Verification form prior to your first appointment so our team can help clarify your available coverage whenever possible.

For VA Community Care, personal injury, MedPay, or attorney-lien cases, reach out to us directly and our team can help guide the next steps.

Structured Care, When Appropriate

While care is individualized, it may also be structured in phases depending on your situation.

Some individuals are working through a specific issue, while others are maintaining consistency with movement and recovery over time.

In certain cases—such as VA-authorized care or personal injury cases—treatment may follow an approved series of visits within a defined time period, with the ability to request continued care as needed.

Even within these structures, care is guided by how your body is responding, not just the number of visits.

Packages and Prepay Options

Packages and prepay options are available for those who prefer a more consistent rhythm of care.

These are designed to support continuity and ease of scheduling, not to lock you into long-term commitments.

Care is always guided by what is appropriate for your body, not by a requirement to use a set number of sessions.

Veteran Care, and Personal Injury

Healcove works with a range of care pathways, including VA Community Care and personal injury cases.

In these situations, care is coordinated based on authorization, documentation, and the requirements of each case.

Our role is to provide clear, consistent care within those frameworks while still adapting treatment to your individual needs.

Scheduling and Frequency

Some people come in for a specific concern. Others return consistently for the same type of care because it helps them maintain how they move and feel.

When something changes—such as new tension, injury, or increased stress—care can shift accordingly to support what the body needs in that moment.

Frequency is not one-size-fits-all. It is determined by how your body is responding and what you are trying to support over time.

Care Should Fit Your Real Life

Some people come in during periods of higher stress or physical demand. Others use care periodically throughout the year as part of maintaining movement, recovery, and overall well-being.

There is no single “correct” rhythm of care.

Our goal is to help you understand what may be supportive for your body, your lifestyle, and your goals — without pressure or unnecessary complexity.

What a First Visit Includes

A first visit includes a conversation about your history and current concerns, a movement-based assessment, and treatment tailored to your presentation.

For most people, this begins with a chiropractic first visit, which helps determine what type of care is appropriate and whether incorporating other services may be helpful.

If you’re unsure where to start, you can also take the Care Match Quiz for guidance before booking.
