Cancellation Policy

This is more than a time slot.

It’s a pause. A reset. A moment prepared just for you.

When you book a visit at Healcove, we reserve that space with care—your time, your provider’s time, and the healing that happens in between.

When changes happen last-minute, that space can’t always be re-offered to someone else who needs it. To honor the rhythm of our team and community, we ask for your support in the following way:

  • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at no charge if changes are made before 4:00 PM the day prior.

  • Cancellations after that time may result in a charge of up to 100% of the service.

  • Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full.

  • Same-day bookings are also subject to this policy.

You'll receive reminder emails 48 hours before your visit, and a text 24 hours prior (if you’ve opted in). Please keep your contact information current so we can keep you gently in the loop.

We invite you to arrive 10 minutes early to settle in, breathe, and receive the full care intended for you. Late arrivals may reduce your session time, but the full rate still applies.
