Reports To: Clinic Manager
Help us support people in their pursuit of living a meaningful life.
At Healcove, we believe thoughtful care begins long before treatment starts.
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people feel welcomed, organized, and genuinely cared for. Someone who notices details, communicates clearly, and takes pride in creating calm during busy moments.
This role is ideal for someone who naturally enjoys hospitality, organization, and supporting others behind the scenes.
You'll join our front office team, helping create a welcoming experience for clients while supporting your teammates throughout the day.
About Healcove
Healcove is an integrative wellness clinic in Mission Valley offering chiropractic care, acupuncture, massage therapy, and movement-based support.
Our mission is simple:
“Healcove exists to support people in their pursuit of living a meaningful life.”
Everything we do—from the front desk to the treatment rooms—is intended to help people feel respected, supported, and confident in their care.
What You'll Do
As a Front Desk Coordinator, you'll support the daily flow of the clinic by:
Welcoming, checking in, and checking out clients
Answering phone calls and text messages
Scheduling and coordinating appointments
Preparing treatment spaces throughout the day
Helping maintain an organized and welcoming front desk
Supporting providers and teammates with daily workflow
Following up on appointment reminders and scheduling needs
Assisting with administrative tasks, documentation, scanning, and clinic organization
Protecting client privacy and confidentiality in every interaction
Anticipating scheduling and operational needs before they become problems
Every day is a blend of client interaction, organization, communication, teamwork, and thoughtful attention to detail.
You'll Thrive Here If You...
You genuinely enjoy helping people.
You communicate warmly and professionally.
You stay calm under pressure.
You enjoy organizing details.
You notice details others might miss.
You take initiative without waiting to be asked.
You work well independently while supporting a team.
You appreciate consistency and follow-through.
You value discretion, professionalism, and reliability.
We're Probably a Great Fit If...
You enjoy hospitality.
You like creating order.
You find satisfaction in helping people have a smoother day.
You believe small interactions matter.
You enjoy contributing to a team that supports one another.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role isn't measured by answering the most phone calls or checking in the most clients.
It's measured by helping create a front desk experience that feels calm, thoughtful, organized, and welcoming—for both our clients and our team.
When clients leave feeling genuinely cared for, teammates feel supported, and the day runs smoothly because of your attention to detail, you'll know you're making a meaningful impact.
Experience
Previous experience in reception, hospitality, healthcare, customer service, concierge, or administrative support is helpful, but not required.
We're more interested in judgment, reliability, communication, and a willingness to learn than finding someone with the perfect résumé.
You'll receive training on Healcove's systems and workflows and work alongside an experienced front office team.
Schedule
Thursdays
Fridays
Approximately five-hour shifts
Opportunity for additional hours as the clinic grows
